Verse for the Day9 Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. 10 If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. 11 Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? 12 A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

I got part of this verse as my Verse of the Day from K-love, and it made me smile. One of the things I am so thankful for are the people God has blessed me with to do life. In just a short time I feel like I have met people who will be with me, either physically or in spirit, for the rest of my life. When I read verse 10 about falling and having someone to reach out and help, I think I don't just have one person-I have about 10 at least. So like they say on Golden Girls..."thank you for being a friend".
